Mr. K.SEKAR has an eminent practical work experience of more than 35 years in this field. It was started in the year 2011 by S.LELINA, B.com and the S.VIJAY SEKAR has been working at Technical Department his best for the satisfaction of the clients. The company’s excellence is to deliver the desired and a quality products to their clients.

We are focusing customers in Gravity Dies, Pressure Die Moulds, & Castings Precision Machining Components and more. The Entrepreneur is an Engineering Graduate having 20 Years of Experience in Production /Process quality/Operations from best practicing casting Industries and having extensively understood the product quality of foundry consumables for the best foundry Practices.

Our experienced team of Professionals not only study, design the engineering & machining solutions but also develop, enhance, customize, implement, maintain and support various aspects of overall value chain of our esteemed customers.

Manufacturing of Tooling

Foundry tooling’s are at the heart of casting process .The tooling’s are designed & manufactured systematically with well thought out and precisely calculated gating system . As and when needed the designed gating system is simulated In house using PROCAST simulation software to reduce the development time to produce sound castings. To gain expertise in die design and development we have in house Tool Room
